NDX Product Development and Commercialization
Led productization and mass-production readiness for the NDX series of CNT digital X-ray tubes.
- Built facility infrastructure and set up the manufacturing environment
- Designed and fabricated NDX tubes, securing specs and characteristics over two revisions
- Built a parallel aging system that raised yield and throughput
- Co-developed NDX modules with partners and ran reliability evaluations (since 2025)
- Built an in-house manufacturing operations management (MOM) system for mass production

Internal Application Development and Deployment
Took desktop applications used in day-to-day department work from planning through deployment and maintenance, single-handedly. Implementation with Claude Code; architecture, review and release calls are mine. What the apps handle is undisclosed.
- Work-management app: Atlassian integration, deployed and in use across the department
- Search launcher: unified search and quick-open across Atlassian resources
- Knowledge-search app: adopted from a personal project (ModuBro) for in-house use, on-premise with a local LLM
- Domain knowledge swappable as modules: new fields plug in without touching the core
